- Entrants must be over the age of 21 and a legal resident of the United States (not including Puerto Rico).
- All entries must be received by contest end at 11:59PM PST on June 30, 2010.
- Winner will be drawn randomly within a week after the contest ends and notified by the email address that they submitted.
- In the event that the winner fails to respond within 7 days, a new winner will be randomly drawn.
- Winner agrees that JeanneBenedict.com may post their name so we can congratulate them on line!
- Winner will receive prize via U.P.S. or a similar service with a signature required upon delivery.
- Limitation of Liability: Neither JeanneBenedict.com, affiliated companies, or related and otherwise advertising and promotional entities shall have any liability for any indrect, special, punitive, or consequential damages including, without limitation product defect, loss of opportunity, or goodwill.
