This trio of blinis is what I enjoy serving special guests for breakfast, particularly my lovely husband on Father’s Day. However, these savory pancake with gourmet toppings can easily be cocktail appetizers as well. The blinis are nice and fluffy, made with both buttermilk and sour cream. Of course, they are low-fat like most of my food (NOT). Life’s short, use butter…think that should be my new motto!
